The Team
Who We Are

William Guo
Founder & Vice President
More than 8 % of American children aged 3 to 17 struggle with speech disorders, yet most families cannot access the professional help they need. Qualified speech-language pathologists are scarce and often unaffordable. Chatter Bridge was founded by William Guo with the mission that technology, when used wisely, can close this communication gap and deliver the greatest, lasting benefit to every child per donated dollar.
Chatter Bridge pinpoints and builds the highest-impact solutions for families who lack resources: free AI-driven screening tools, low-cost speech-assistance kits, and clear, research-based guidance drawn from William’s ongoing linguistics training and partnerships with leading experts. By channeling support into these proven, scalable tools, donors and volunteers know their contributions are amplified, transforming silent frustration into confident speech for thousands of kids.
Join us today and become a “Voice Builder,” investing your time and gifts where they achieve the greatest communication return. Together, we can turn technology’s power into brighter futures: one child, one word, one conversation at a time.
